Microgreen Color: Light purple on the stem and eye-catching green cotyledons.
Flavor: Spicy & slightly floral.

PEA SHOOTS

Microgreens Color: A long stem with a leafy top Microgreens
Flavor: crunchy, mildly sweet, fresh (tastes just like peas).
Texture: Crunchy, succulent.
Nutrients: Vitamins A and C, folic acid, and fiber
Pea microgreens are one of our all-time favorite microgreens! The pea shoots are sweet and delicious and fairly straight and leafy. They make a great garnish or addition to any salad
BROCCOLI
Microgreen Color: thin white stem with shades of green on top.
Flavor: fresh, mild broccoli flavor.
Texture: soft.
Nutrients: Vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.
It has deliciously mild, fresh broccoli, and makes a great garnish and addition to any microgreens salad.


ARUGULA
Microgreens Color: A deep green stem and leaves
Flavor: A strong peppery flavor, slightly buttery and cabbage-like
Texture: Crisp and fresh
Nutrients: Vitamins A and C, calcium, iron, and phosphorus.
It's a favorite and generally considered a staple of the spicier side of microgreens and baby salad greens. The peppery taste gets less intense as it grows bigger.
BEETS
Microgreens Color: Vibrant red stems with a nearly neon green top
Flavor: Sweet and earthy, similar flavor to Swiss chard microgreens
Nutrients: Vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, Zinc, and protein.
The bright stems and leaves look fantastic on any dish!

Flavor: crunchy, nutty, fresh

They are large, substantial greens that are crunchy and have a pleasant nutty flavor. We recommend this as a staple of any crop or microgreens salad!
CILANTRO
Microgreen Color: Green
Flavor: Classic Cilantro Flavor.

Micro Cilantro has the same great taste as its fully-grown counterpart.


RED AMARANTH
Microgreen Color: the most vibrant red and pink of any microgreen!
Flavor: mild, sweet flavor.
Texture: crisp, fresh.
Nutrients: Vitamins K, E, and C, protein, calcium, iron, and beta-carotene.
Red Garnet Amaranth is a high-protein microgreen with a stunning color. This organic and heirloom variety has a charming red and magenta color. Use in salads or many oriental dishes.
BUCKWHEAT LETTUCE
Color: Hints of red and yellow in the stems along with leafy green tops.
Flavor: A citrus-like flavor with tarty and tangy undertones.
